Arlington-based Corporate Office Centers has opened its first Austin center downtown in the One Congress Plaza building.
The company took over a fourth floor space in the 30-story building at 111 Congress. Ave., and will offer it up as temporary space. Corporate Office Centers provides short-term office space— a month to three years— to Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses. The company furnishes meeting room facilities, furniture and telecommunication, IT and business services.
The Congress Plaza building houses a two-story lobby faced with granite and marble, as well as a sunken plaza with park-like setting and fountain.
Corporate Office Centers operates a total 36 locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Hawaii, Texas and Tennessee.
