San Diego software design firm Solera Holdings, Inc. has chosen Westlake as the site for its new corporate headquarters in Tarrant County.
The San Diego company has several hundred employees and plans to relocate to North Texas, said David Berzina, executive vice president of economic development for the Fort Worth Chamber.
Kamal Hamid, vice president of investor relations for Solera, said the corporate headquarters in Westlake will initially house a dozen employees. The company is in temporary space while it builds out its permanent headquarters.
“The company will be a tremendous asset to the Metroplex and will increase our ability to recruit additional software design firms to D-FW,” Berzina said.
