Three tenants have signed leases totaling more than 56,000 square feet of space in Duke Bridges III, a 160,263-square-foot office building in Frisco.
Business software provider Oracle America Inc. leased 48,652 square feet, wholesale long distance company Associated Network Providers Inc. leased 5,631 square feet and SEMbio Partners Inc., a recruiting company for the pharmaceutical industry, leased 1,875 square feet.
The leases take occupancy of Duke Bridges III, which was built on a speculative basis, to more than 80 percent, said Jeff Thornton, senior vice president of developer Duke Realty Corp.'s Dallas Operations. Duke Bridges III is at 7460 Warren Pkwy.
Greg Langston, Bret Hefton and John Flack with CresaPartners represented Oracle on the lease, and Billy Gannon with Cushman & Wakefield represented SEMbio Partners. Dale Ray and Joel Pustmueller with Peloton Commercial Real Estate represented Duke Realty on the three new leases.
