Independent petroleum refiner and marketer Holly Corp. has leased 36,000-square feet at 2828 N. Harwood St. in Dallas for its corporate headquarters.
The company will move from its current location at 100 Crescent Court into space that was vacated by Centex Corp. last year.
“We are excited about moving our corporate headquarters to a new location in the Uptown area of Dallas,” Matthew Clifton, chairman and CEO of Holly Corp., said in a statement. “2828 N. Harwood is a great building that will suit our needs for years to come as we continue to grow our business."
Jihane A. Boury, vice president of leasing and development for Harwood International, and David O. Roehm, executive vice president for Harwood International, negotiated the lease. Bill McClung, executive vice president, and Mike Wyatt, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., represented Holly Corp.
Holly Corp. will occupy all of the 14th and part of the 13th floors in the 21-story building, Boury said. The building is the fourth out of 17 phases planned for the Harwood district in Dallas developed by Harwood International. Holly will join other Harwood tenants including Amegy Bank, The Boston Consulting Group, Frost Bank, Rolex and MoneyGram International.
"We are proud to have this distinguished company as part of our district,” Boury said.
