Holly Corp. will occupy all of the 14th and part of the 13th floors in the 21-story building, Boury said. The building is the fourth out of 17 phases planned for the Harwood district in Dallas developed by Harwood International. Holly will join other Harwood tenants including Amegy BankThe Boston Consulting Group, Frost Bank, Rolex and MoneyGram International.

"We are proud to have this distinguished company as part of our district,” Boury said.
