Austin-based national executive office operator BusinesSuites LLC purchased two properties in the Las Vegas market.
The new offices — BusinesSuites Sahara and BusinesSuites Henderson — bring the company's total to three sites in Sin City, including its existing Howard Hughes Parkway office. BusinesSuites acquired the properties from Davinci Suites.
“While this market has been very hard hit by the current downturn, we believe this acquisition puts us in a favorable market position. We believe in the long-term viability of Las Vegas," BusinesSuites President John Jordan said. "Las Vegas is an entrepreneurial city and the flexible office and virtual office solutions we offer will help new businesses establish themselves."
The Sahara office is housed in the 12-story, Class A Nevada Financial Center off I-15 near the "The Strip" on Sahara Avenue. The building includes 46 offices, two conference rooms and a training room.
The BusinesSuites Henderson is southeast of Las Vegas in the Augusta Business Park near Green Valley, minutes from Mt. Charleston and Sunrise Mountain.
BusinesSuites, founded in 1989, operates 16 suites and virtual offices space in Austin, Houston, The Woodlands, Las Vegas, Baltimore, Columbia, Md.; Owings Mills, Md.; Richmond, Va.; and Newport News, Va. Each provides turnkey office space equipped with furniture, phone, Internet, receptionist, conference rooms, cafe with amenities and office support.
