Furniture Brands Inc. has leased 109,000 square feet in the Airtex Industrial Center, taking the remaining available space at the north Houston industrial facility.
The wholesale furniture distributor will occupy nearly one-fourth of the 487,000-square-foot building at 14810 North Freeway. Other tenants in the facility include Houston Furniture Partners and Velocity Acquisitions.
Sacramento, Calif.-based Panattoni Development Co., which finished constructing the building last year, was represented on the deal by Gary Mabray and Walker Barnett of Colliers International.
Patrick Rollins and Joseph Smith of CB Richard Ellis Inc. were Furniture Brands’ brokers.
