BBVA Compass Bank has sold the 32,000-square-foot SoHi Shopping Center in North Fort Worth to investor Tarrant Vista Partners.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Fort Worth team of Karen Simon, executive vice president and managing partner, and Brian Scott, senior vice president, marketed the shopping center for the bank. Bo Avery of TriMarsh Properties in Dallas represented the buyer.
The deal closed fewer than 60 days after the listing came to market.
