Broadway Bank to break ground on new administration building

Broadway Bank will begin construction July 19 on an planned 80,000-square-foot administration building. Once completed, the new building will allow the bank to consolidate 250 employees currently housed at other locations. The expansion will also involve the construction of a new mini-banking center and motor bank at its North San Antonio campus and the rerouting of Cheever Boulevard at that location.

In all, the expansion project is projected to cost $24.5 million. Broadway Bank is providing its own financing. Garza/Bomberger & Associates is the architect. Barlett Cocke General Contractors will oversee construction.
