Texas Capital Bank has expanded its builder finance group with the addition of a team from Houston’s Royal Bank of Canada office.
Melissa Hick Hauck, Jocelyn Ansley, Jerry Schillici, Judy Strickland, Alice Silva and Gregory Penn will join Texas Capital’s commercial real estate group, which is headquartered in Houston. The team will specialize in providing financing to residential developers and home builders in Texas.
Dallas-based Texas Capital is the primary subsidiary of Texas Capital Bancshares Inc. (Nasdaq: TCBI).
